From L to R: on the left is some ideas and technologies that we can try, and on the right shows the problems – Staples customers have problem knowing the benefits and rewards points that they have. To complicate matters further, Staples also offers an ink cartridge recycling program that'll earn customers discounts.
The goal is to create a concierge like experience.
Brainstorming session on ideas and concepts
An app that gives customers a short summary of their reward points and tells how to get to the next tier of the rewards club. The app will also keep track of their ink cartridge recycling points. There is also a summary of reward benefits.
To provide a more concierge like experience, we added features such as in-store help button, search for location of a certain item, notification of supplies running out.
